As I am from Perth and am proud to say so, If this was built there I would be ashamed to admit I was a sandgroper!    Time 2 think BIG Perth & break away from sml town mentality    Great Idea the more we can make Perth a more beautiful interesting cosmopolitan city the better    Why is there no value put on open space?
